With a reputation for judicious use of resources, cost management, and strategic vendor partnerships, Jacque has provided leading software, infrastructure, database and management reporting capabilities critical to the success of production systems and company performance.

After graduating from The University of Tulsa, Jacque joined The Williams Companies as real-time systems programmer supporting Williams Pipeline.  Upon Williams Companies’ acquisition of Cities Services Gas and Northwest Pipeline, Jacque directed the development of the industry’s first Gas Information System, which revolutionized the business via Electronic Flow Measurement integrated with the leading-edge end-to-end business platform. At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Jacque successfully lead strategic business technology advancements. While serving as the IT Leader of the Oklahoma business unit of Spirit AeroSystems (formerly Boeing), Jacque facilitated a high rate of business expansion as the company expanded its presence into the regional jet market with Gulfstream and Israeli Aerospace Inc. As T.D. Williamson’s Chief Information Officer, Jacque’s leadership was instrumental in providing TDW with substantial improvement to program management, service delivery, standardization, and business/systems performance.

Jacque holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from The University of Tulsa.
